UN International day of Peace

Greetings to any and all who happen upon this site, Today is the UN international day of peace. Many people and organizations will be demonstrating today. At the University at Buffalo's North Campus a ceremony is being held called "Pinwheels for Peace" The G20 summit will be taking place this week in Pittsburgh (How apropos?) There will be many demonstrations there. I encourage anyone who is able to go. The important thing is to remain centered in Love. Our feelings are what's most important. Words are limited but are important and necessary nevertheless. Live in the moment. Appreciate every moment. BE HERE NOW. That is the key to changing our reality for the better.
Too many people are either lamenting the past or obsessing over the future. They don't realize that the present moment is the most important thing to be aware of. Because past-present-future are One. Time is our most cherished gift. Use it wisely. Be a spiritual multi-tasker. Our thoughts are very important because they determine our reality. Be aware of what you are thinking. Stay as positive as possible. Meditate, pray or chant as often as possible. Singing is good too. It's like a prayer. I am trying to get together with the Bahais of UB to plan a peace event outside possibly at Baird Point on North Campus in Amherst. This event will occur asap in early October. That's all for now! Peace.

  1. AWESOME JAMES!!! For me this is the first of many events. Perhaps next year I can do the Peace Pie Fest, organize a One Goal football match and plan for a concert with a local band... above all I hope neighbors and people in our surroundings stop fighting and appreciate one another :-)
